The Veil, starring International Emmy-winning Turkish actor Haluk Bilginer alongside the talented Elisabeth Moss premieres tomorrow (May 29) on Disney+ in Türkiye.

‘The Veil’ Sypnosis

The series revolves around a deadly game of lies and truths between two women. One holds a significant secret, while the other embarks on a thrilling mission to expose this secret in order to save hundreds of lives.

Part of the series was filmed in Istanbul, showcasing iconic locations such as the Grand Bazaar and the Galata Bridge. The six-episode series features Elisabeth Moss, Yumna Marwan, Josh Charles, James Purefoy, Alec Secareanu, Thibault de Montalembert, Joana Ribeiro, and Haluk Bilginer.

The series is written by Steven Knight, the creator of Taboo, Peaky Blinders, and Great Expectations. The first three episodes are directed by Damon Thomas, who has the directed notable shows such as Killing Eve, Dracula, and Penny Dreadful.
